Sly

Sly has been an educator for over a decade. She has taught music ranging from PreK to High School. She first because interested in music in 4th grade when she was chosen to play the bell set during the spring concert. This sparked a deep excitement to learn other instruments and join band in 5th grade. She became proficient on multiple instruments throughout her years in school. Upon realizing band was THE reason she showed up for school, Sly found her path, never dreaming she’d end up a choir teacher, but truly enjoying it! 

Sly loves her quirky middle school students, but when school is out, you can find her spending time with her amazing daughter and friends. 

When life gets overwhelming Sly likes to kick back with video games, baking, reading, puzzles, diamond art, or one of the other 643 crafts she’s started. She fully believes the sending of memes, gifs, and funny videos to friends counts as a love language.
